The luxury tripple comes with 4X6 ft comfortable beds with a spacious veranda , in room fire place as well as verandah fire place , a mini sitting room and a reading table. It has a spacious bathroom as well as studio to ensure guests have maximum comfort.
Booking, cancellation and payment policy:
- All rates are based on per room basis and cabins and Mountain view cottages
- We charge 4% on credit card payments.
- Confirmation of availability of rooms is made via written communication by email.
- Reservation is guaranteed upon payment of the deposit.
- Provisional reservations will be reconfirmed upon payment.
- We will receive bookings with20% deposit and the balance to be paid within four weeks before the check in date.
- Cancellations before three weeks from the check in date will be charged 25% of the room rate.
- Cancellation between three weeks and one week from the check in date will be charged 75% of the room rate.
- Cancellation One week before check in date there is no refund.
- No shows will be charged full price.
- Below 4years free of charge.
- Between 4 and 12years 50 % of adults rate when sharing the accommodation.
- Above 12years children pay the same rate as adult.
